North Newtom Township issued the following announcement on June 10
A bulky waste drop-off event has been scheduled for North Newton Township residents on Saturday, June 27th from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the Cumberland County Landfill, 620 Newville Road, Newburg. This event replaces Spring Clean Up Day, which could not be held due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Please note the following details regarding the drop-off:
- Self-serve unloading
- No appliances, electronics, business or hazardous waste will be accepted
- Proof of residency will be required
- Pull onto scale upon entering & exiting (for tracking purposes)
