State Representative Barbara Gleim | Pennsylvania 199th Legislative District
Rep. Barb Gleim will host her annual Veterans Appreciation Breakfast to honor military veterans and active service members. The event is scheduled for Friday, November 1, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center located at 950 Soldiers Drive in Carlisle.
The breakfast will feature retired Col. Frank Hancock as the keynote speaker, offering insights and perspectives relevant to veterans. Additionally, there will be state information available that pertains to veterans' interests and needs.
A highlight of the event will be the presentation of this year’s Quilt of Valor to World War II veteran Col. Lee Burcham of Carlisle, recognizing his service and contributions.
