A bridge dedication ceremony will take place in Newville to honor SFC Randall Shughart. The bridge, which carries PA Route 641 over Big Spring Creek on the border of Newville Borough and West Pennsboro Township, will be named the SFC Randall Shughart Memorial Bridge.
