State Representative Barbara Gleim | Pennsylvania 199th Legislative District
Rep. Barb Gleim is organizing a Senior Expo on August 31, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the Big Spring Senior Center in Newville. The event aims to provide information and resources for senior citizens and their caregivers.
Gleim expressed her enthusiasm for the upcoming event, stating, "I am looking forward to meeting with area senior citizens and their caregivers at what is sure to be a fun and informative event."
Several vendors will participate, including Sadler Health Center, Cumberland County Aging and Community Services, Carlisle Family YMCA, and Cumberland County Historical Society. They will offer information about services and programs available to seniors. Attendees can also enjoy light refreshments, participate in a door prize drawing, and enter a Pennsylvania flag raffle.
The expo is free of charge; however, attendees are encouraged to RSVP by calling 717-249-1990.
