The event will take place on Monday, March 25, at 12:30 p.m. in the Speaker Matthew J. Ryan Building Atrium, Pennsylvania Capitol Complex. Joining Rep. Kutz will be Rep. Justin Fleming of Dauphin, along with members of the Bipartisan Future Caucus.
