YWCA Carlisle Queen of the Green - 10th Annual
Attention women who golf! Join us Thursday, August 18, 2022, at the 10th Annual Queen of the Green Golf Outing at Carlisle Barracks Golf Course. Shotgun start at 1 pm, boxed lunch, prizes, games, fun, and sun!
Last fiscal year, YWCA Carlisle & Cumberland County served 7,183 people throughout Cumberland County. We serve our community members, neighbors, and friends. Money that we raise through Queen of the Green supports our programs and services, like:
- Support groups for survivors of sexual assault, rape, and human trafficking who live in Cumberland County. In 2021, 53% of our sexual assault victims served were younger than 18,
- Free summer camp for children living in Cumberland County Subsidized Housing, so kids can have a safe, fun, summer-camp experience in their home neighborhood,
- Amplify Project, focusing on mental health needs and social/emotional resiliency training for middle school and high school students,
- And SO MUCH MORE!
