State Representative Barbara Gleim | Pennsylvania 199th Legislative District
Rep. Barb Gleim (R-Cumberland) will host an Ice Cream and Issues event at Letort Park on Sept. 18, providing area residents with an opportunity to learn about this year’s state budget and the food processing residuals issue.
The event, originally scheduled for earlier this summer, was postponed due to a scheduling conflict. It will now take place on Wednesday, Sept. 18, from 5:30-7 p.m. at Letort Park, located at 260 E. Pomfret St. in Carlisle.
“These events are very casual,” said Gleim. “While attendees are enjoying an ice cream treat, I will provide an update on some recent issues. Those in attendance will then have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. This is a great way to have a conversation about issues important to you in an informal setting.”
