North Newtom Township issued the following announcement.
Notice of Public Hearing for Conditional Use
The North Newton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the North Newton Township Park Community Room, 528 Oakville Road, Shippensburg, PA.
The purpose of the hearing is the consideration of the following:
- Conditional Use Application No. 2020-02; Applicants, Stephen and Deborah Fauth, are applying for a conditional use to operate an Incidental Business, specifically a pretzel shop, at 442 Greenspring Road in the Agricultural (Ag) Zoning District under Section 300-18 C. of the North Newton Township Code.
