Rep. Thomas Kutz, a Republican from Cumberland, is set to take the oath of office as the state representative for Pennsylvania’s 87th Legislative District. The swearing-in ceremony will take place on Tuesday, January 7, at noon in the chamber of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
