Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania - A rail freight improvement project in Cumberland County has been awarded a $655,000 grant, announced Rep. Thomas Kutz and Sen. Greg Rothman. The grant was awarded to Alfagreen Supreme in Mount Holly Springs as part of the state's Rail Transportation and Rail Freight Assistance programs.
