Shippensburg University was named the winner in The Sentinel’s Best of Cumberland County list of colleges in the county. More than 87,000 votes were cast by local residents for this annual ranking that for 21 years has highlighted area businesses, organizations and services.
The H. Ric Luhrs Performing Arts Center was named winner in the Best Performing Arts Center category.
