Of the 3,107 people living in Boiling Springs in 2020, 48.4 percent (1,503) were women and 51.6 percent (1,604) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Cumberland Valley News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 100. In the 65 and over age range, there were 372 females and 393 males.
