Hampden issued the following announcement on Mar. 16.
Saturday, 4/23, 10:00 a.m.-2 p.m. at Good Hope Fire Station, 1200 Good Hope Road.
The Hampden Township Volunteer Fire Company is holding Touch-a-Truck Day where kids young and old can touch, honk, and climb on the many vehicles that will be on display. If you like trucks and cars then come on out for a great time. Examples of the vehicles that will be there are a fire truck, police car, ambulance, backhoe, tractor trailer and dump truck. Admission fee per car load is $5.00 or 2 canned goods; canned goods will be donated to New Hope Ministries. Farm Show Milk Shakes and Food Trucks will also be available. The event will take place at their Good Hope Station located at 1200 Good Hope Road.
