North Newton issued the following announcement on Aug. 18.
The North Newton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 7th at 6:00 p.m. at the North Newton Township Park Community Hall, 528 Oakville Road, Shippensburg, PA. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following:
Conditional Use Application No. 2021-04; Applicant, Mervin Snyder, is applying for a conditional use to operate a private school subject to Section 300-29 D. of the North Newton Township Code. The property is located in the 900 block of Greenspring Road (behind A.B. Martin Roofing Supply), Newville in the (R-1) Rural Residential Zoning District.
