Census Bureau: More women than men in Lower Allen in 2019

Of the 6,840 people living in Lower Allen in 2019, 53.1 percent (3,630) were women and 46.9 percent (3,210) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Cumberland Valley News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 2,156-to-1,914. In the 65 and over age range, there were 917 females and 616 males.
