Borough of Shippensburg issued the following announcement.
The next regularly scheduled Borough Council meeting of Tuesday October 20, 2020, at 6:00pm will be held by teleconference or video conference due to the COVID 19 restrictions. The public is invited to listen to or watch the meeting in compliance with proposed regulations for conducting a public meeting during a state of emergency. Email kplasterer@shippensburg.pa.us on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, between the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm and you will be given ZOOM log in information. Prior to the Council meeting, Borough residents and Shippensburg School District residents may submit questions or comments by email to the Borough Manager at kplasterer@shippensburg.pa.us. All emails must be received by 4:00 pm on October 20, 2020.
Please state your full name and local street address within Shippensburg School District with you letter of questions or comments.
You will only be able to listen to or watch the proceedings. Any questions or comments you have as a result of listening to or watching the meeting should be sent to the above email address for response.
