Borough of Shippensburg issued the following announcement.
As a reminder of unity during the COVID-19 virus issues within our country I am preparing a proclamation for the Boro of Shippensburg residents to “Fly Flags for Unity “. Our hope is brings a symbol of peace and humbleness to our residents and surrounding community members.
I am asking that their flags fly until the pandemic is over and our lives can begin to resume normalcy.
