Rep. Scott Perry, who represents Pennsylvania’s 10th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of statements on July 16, 2025, addressing issues related to the Biden administration and highlighting his legislative priorities.

In a tweet posted at 17:01 UTC, Perry commented on recent congressional testimony involving a Biden administration official. He wrote, “Yet another Biden Admin official invoked the Fifth Amendment during his congressional deposition. While he has every right to do so, why wouldn’t you defend President Biden’s health status if you knew he was fit for office? The American People deserve answers NOW.”

Later that day at 18:30 UTC, Perry criticized the Department of Transportation’s handling of an infrastructure project in his district. He stated, “Unbelievable. @SecDuffy just confirmed the I-83 bridge project in our district got held up by the Biden DOT – more focused on DEI and climate nonsense than building the bridge.”

Scott Perry has represented Pennsylvania’s 10th District since 2013 after serving in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 2007 to 2012. Born in San Diego in 1962 and currently residing in Dillsburg, Perry graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1991.
