Rep. Thomas Kutz, a Republican from Cumberland, is set to be sworn in as the state representative for the 87th Legislative District. The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, January 7, beginning at noon.
Kutz will join other members of the General Assembly for this event in the Chamber of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
