On May 6, Rep. Kutz shared that while he was at the Capitol, his staff presented a citation to Nancy Martindell, President & CEO of JMA Resources, Inc. This recognition was in honor of her being named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2025 Eastern Pennsylvania Small Business Person of the Year. “While I was at the Capitol this morning, members of my staff had the honor of presenting a citation to Nancy Martindell, President & CEO of JMA Resources, Inc., in recognition of her being named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2025 Eastern Pennsylvania Small”.
On May 8, Rep. Kutz participated in a bipartisan conversation alongside Representative Joe Fleming at the Spring Legal & Legislative Conference for the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management. He expressed satisfaction with the event as it demonstrated that bipartisanship is achievable. “I was glad to join @RepJFleming (D-105) for a bipartisan conversation at this year’s Spring Legal & Legislative Conference for the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management.”
Also on May 8, Rep. Kutz highlighted Career and Technical Education (CTE) Week by acknowledging its crucial role in preparing students and adults for success across Pennsylvania. He noted that over 80 career and technical centers and more than 140 high schools offer CTE programs throughout the Commonwealth, benefiting over 68,000 students. “This CTE Week, I’m proud to recognize the vital role Career and Technical Education plays in preparing students and adults for success.”
