State Representative Thomas Kutz, who serves Pennsylvania’s Cumberland County, recently shared several updates and recognitions on his official Twitter account.

On January 20, 2026, Rep. Kutz highlighted the contributions of a local education leader by stating, “It was an honor to present a citation to Mike Willis this morning for his 30+ years of outstanding service to Cumberland Valley School District. His leadership, fiscal discipline, and unwavering commitment to students helped define CV’s excellence for decades. A truly”. This recognition underscores the importance of long-term dedication within public school systems.

The following day, January 21, 2026, Kutz reflected on his participation in a statewide agricultural event. He wrote, “Reflecting on last week at the PA Farm Show and a great conversation with Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding about the role agriculture plays in Pennsylvania and across the country. Always valuable to highlight the impact of our farming community.” The Pennsylvania Farm Show is known as one of the largest indoor agricultural events in the United States and regularly brings together state officials and industry leaders to discuss challenges and opportunities facing farmers.

Later that same day, Kutz announced new funding for local infrastructure projects: “Kutz Announces Over $1.65 Million in State Grants for Cumberland County Infrastructure Projects HARRISBURG – State Rep. Thomas Kutz (R-Cumberland) announced the approval of more than $1.65 million in state funding to support critical water, sewer, and transportation”. Investments in infrastructure such as water and sewer systems are vital for maintaining public health standards and supporting economic growth.

Cumberland County has seen consistent investment in its schools and infrastructure over recent years as part of broader efforts across Pennsylvania to modernize essential services and recognize community leaders’ contributions.
