Rep. Scott Perry, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Pennsylvania’s 10th district since 2013, has been actively sharing his views and actions on social media. Born in San Diego, California in 1962, Perry currently resides in Dillsburg and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University.
On July 7, 2025, Rep. Perry tweeted about his decision to support an unspecified initiative after securing “key wins from the administration.” He emphasized the importance of ending what he refers to as “damaging Green New Scam subsidies,” achieving additional reductions in spending, and ensuring that Medicaid is directed towards vulnerable Americans rather than illegal aliens. The full tweet can be accessed here.
Two days later, on July 9, 2025, Perry shared resources for aiding those affected in the Texas Hill Country. In his message, he encouraged people to contribute where possible and extended his blessings to all involved. His tweet can be viewed here.
Later that same day, Perry expressed solidarity with Rep. Gosar and others by urging NIH Director Bhattacharya to cease experiments conducted by Anthony Fauci involving cats and dogs. He described these practices as “sadistic” and stated they have no place in America or entitlement to taxpayer funding. This call for action is documented here.
Perry has served in Congress since succeeding Todd Platts in 2013 after serving in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 2007 to 2012.
