Rep. Scott Perry, currently serving as the U.S. Congressman for Pennsylvania’s 10th District, shared a series of tweets addressing various political issues on June 5, 2025.
In his first tweet of the day, Perry compared the “Joe Biden autopen scandal” to an episode of Scooby Doo. He stated that it is “like the end of a Scooby Doo episode, when the gang rips off a scary monster’s mask, revealing the identity of who’s been behind the hijinks all along.” This comment was linked to his appearance on @EveningEdit. The tweet can be found here.
Later that afternoon, Perry expressed enthusiasm about his legislative initiative in another tweet: “Great to see my bill – the ‘No Propaganda Act,’ at the center of the Rescissions package. Needs to get to the floor ASAP.” This indicates his eagerness for legislative progress on this particular bill. The original post is available here.
In his final tweet of the day, Perry criticized Congressman Jefferies for allegedly wanting to expose ICE agents’ identities. He wrote: “Congressman Jefferies wants to expose the identities of ICE agents who are working tirelessly to keep our Nation safe. Apparently, he wants to make it easier for extremists and terrorists to hunt down our agents. Disgusting.” The full text is accessible here.
Scott Perry has represented Pennsylvania’s 10th District since replacing Todd Platts in 2013 and previously served in Pennsylvania’s House from 2007-2012. Born in San Diego in 1962 and residing in Dillsburg, he holds a BS from Pennsylvania State University.
