Big Spring High School standout Maeve Hurley’s collegiate team wins game in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship on Saturday, May 17

On Saturday, May 17, former Big Spring High School standout Maeve Hurley’s current collegiate team the Messiah Falcons won 4-12 against the Virginia Wesleyan Marlins in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Tom and Betty Broyles Field at TowneBank Park at 1:30 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Virginia Wesleyan Marlins in the tournament.

The Messiah Falcons’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 1:30 p.m. at Tom and Betty Broyles Field at TowneBank Park.
